What does a membership mean to you?

A membership means you don’t have to wait months to get an appointment as there will be limited patients. You will get to know your provider personally and have coverage even outside of office hours. Your appointment visits are longer so you will not feel rushed allowing time to discuss your concerns. We can create a treatment plan for preventative care empowering you to manage your health with confidence.

What membership includes:

• Annual comprehensive physical health assessment
• Management of most chronic and some acute conditions.
• Basic lab work: chemistry (electrolytes), blood count (white and red cells), Lipids (cholesterol), Thyroid check. At low cost.
• Access to the provider via patient portal
• Easy access to appointments 5 days a week
• Referral and Collaborative care with specialist
• Imaging ordered as needed: X-ray, CT, MRI
• Same day prescription refills (no controlled substances)
• Certain rapid testing provided at low cost

Membership may not be beneficial for everyone especially if you already invest hundreds of dollars on traditional insurance with copays and high deductibles. If you do not have a chronic illness and see a provider less than twice a year this may not be the best option for you.
