Born in Brooklyn, NY, Jessica Caraballo, is of Puerto Rican heritage, she moved to St. Petersburg with her family in 1997. Jessica is a local graduate of St. Petersburg College of Nursing, immediately beginning important work as a Registered Nurse in St. Petersburg’s intensive care units post graduation.

 

After more than a decade serving greater St. Pete as a critical care nurse, Jessica graduated with a Master’s Degree from Chamberlain University to become a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2018. While working the ICUs all those years, Jessica developed a passion for the intricate workings of the cardiovascular system, and wanted to make cardiology a career focus. Jessica became a cardiology Nurse Practitioner in Tampa for 4 years, quickly becoming known for her no-nonsense approach, attention to details, & affable bedside manner.

 

Upon hearing many tales of long waits & high costs patients have been dealing with regarding primary care management, Jessica decided to open her own practice with a focus on primary care, wellness and prevention of illness. In 2022, “St. Pete Nurse Practitioner” was born. Jessica believes high quality health care should be affordable and attainable in her community for people from all walks of life. Jessica believes patient education and guidance in their care will help empower them to make better decisions in their treatment.
